SPORTS DAY 2011
On Friday February 18th, Medical Students from the University of Queensland were granted a day off from lectures, tutorials, ward rounds and anything vaguely academic to participate in the annual Sport Day extravaganza. Sports Day has a rich history stemming back many generations, so far back no one in the present day knows when it actually started. The premise of it is simple however; to run in scrubs for a day, carrying the torch along a circuitous route through Brisbane.

Thanks to all those who organised it. This is a news story cause it's also the reason why I did not write anything earlier in the week.
